Lemon Layer Cake


My friend UW asked me to bake a birthday cake for her husband. Got me thrilled yet a little bit nervous, to be honest...



Start with lemon-y genoise sponge...



Next layered with lemon curd and frosted with lemon-y buttercream...



Raspberries and spearmint leaves add some nice colours to the cake.



Can't believe how hard it is just to pipe straight lines... Definitely need steady hands!
