Leftover cupcakes and marshmallow fondant from the book cake project turned into these cakelettes. The bottom two in the photo have names of my friends in Japanese. I used たのしメール from Arnest Inc. to cut out those Japanese characters.

Thanks for the little cakelettes. my sisters, especially coke, loved the fondant. You're right it does taste better than actual hard to make fondant.
and I didn't you know you cut out eri...ahaha... it didn't last long with coke..she just horked it down.
