crostata di ricotta con pinoli
The recipe is from イタリアのお菓子 (Italian Desserts) published by Daiso. The black/dark brown stuff between the filling and the shell is chocolate. Well, the tart shell was actually made for some other purpose...

I've always been interested in a very Italian dessert like this, but pine nuts are so dear. I should probably just get some from Costco.
I found pine nuts at Superstore's bulk food section. It was $3+ per 100g.
